  • Previous Sales Experience is a Plus.

  • Proficient communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members.

  • Ability to lift over 75 pounds regularly to handle garage door equipment and parts.

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record must be insurable

  • Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drive safely and courteously to customer service locations, ensuring your vehicle is well-maintained and in good repair.

  • Respond to work assignments and tasks as directed by the management and a dedicated dispatch team.

  • Maintain a professional image by representing the company at all times while in uniform and driving a vehicle with company information, putting our best foot forward to uphold our reputation.

  • Consult with our valued customers on their specific garage needs and provide superior solutions that fit their individual needs.

  • Foster lasting relationships with customers through effective communication and exceptional service, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Inspect, install, repair, and maintain garage doors.

  • Maintain an organized truck with inventory and sales materials.

  • Organize and submit service and sales reports on a weekly basis.

  • Processing customer payments, including cash, credit card, or check transactions.

  • Deposit money received by customers into the bank weekly.
